Apartments:

Apartments are full units which consists of a certain number of bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with stove and refrigerator bathroom. Some have built in air conditioners.

Apartments are available at all downtown locations.

 

Efficiencies:

Efficiencies are units which consist of a bedroom area with a stove and refrigerator and a  bathroom

Efficiencies are at 544 South Broadway and 618 3rd street.

 

Studios:

Studios are private bedroom and a bathroom.  Refrigerators are included every Studio, Shared kitchen down the hallway.  Studios are at available at 544 South Broadway and 436 Main Street.

 

Double Studio:

Double studios have a second room with a counter, a kitchen sink and refrigerator.

Double Studios are available at 544 South Broadway.
